I want to enlarge the logo you designed for me. Every time I try to resize the image file to make it larger, it gets distorted and fuzzy. What do I do?
When we completed your logo, we sent you a link to download all the source files. Please locate that folder, navigate to the /source folder, and look for an .EPS file. With this .EPS file you can reduce and enlarge the logo without experiencing any issues. For instructions on how to work with an .EPS file, please view the help pages within your image editing software. If you have any questions or need assistance with this task, please contact us.

Every time my 2.4 GHZ cordless phone rings, my internet connection stops working or becomes slow. I am using a normal land line for my phone. Why is this happening?
When a 2.4GHZ cordless phone is used, turned on, or operated near another wireless device, you may experience disconnects, slow performance or other erratic behavior. The issue occurs because both devices (or multiple devices) are operating at the same frequency. The easiest way to fix this issue is to use a phone other than a 2.4GHZ phone. Other methods that may eliminate the interference include moving the wireless router or cordless phone base, and/or switching the channel the wireless router operates on. These last two methods only be done by professionals. Please contact us for help with this.
